What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email (optional), area or postal code, preferred date and any notes about your home.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, confirm a price, schedule and carry out the cleaning, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. Messages you send through WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as you are a client, or up to 24 months after your last request, and then delete them.
